This beautiful raised ranch is in a convenient, yet quiet area of Wellfleet. A short distance to Uncle Tim's Bride and town, the options are abundant. Near PJ's. The home is set back from the road with a large yard that is wonderful for children and the young at heart. There are several lawn games available plus areas for quiet reading and bird watching close to the adjacent marsh. This home has been meticulously maintained and lovingly updated.
Entry level: Enter through den with TV and comfy futon that can be used as extra sleeping options. The washer/dryer are on this level.
Main level: The main level offers a welcoming open living room/dining room space with vaulted ceilings and decorative fireplace. The double French doors open to a large deck that provides a spot for quiet relaxations, grill and outdoor dining options. The kitchen is equipped with amenities for enjoying all that the Cape has to offer. The en suite main bedroom, plus bedrooms 2 & 3 are on this level.

My family has been renting the Forlano house in August for several years and we look forward to returning each year. We always find the house to be exceptionally clean and in good repair. The house is very comfortable for us and the central air conditioning is wonderful for hot and humid days and nights. The couple of times a problem has developed while we were there it was promptly attended to. The house is in a very quiet, pretty location and yet it is a short walk to town over Uncle Tim’s Bridge. It is a short drive to the ocean beaches, the ponds and the bay. We have not found it necessary to look for any other place to rent for our yearly August family vacation in Wellfleet.
