A five minute drive will bring you to the world famous National Seashore, and all of the Eastham Bay beaches and the Wellfleet Drive-in Theater. The home is located on a private road, there is plenty of privacy and space. This home is very welcoming and conveniently located on the bay side of Eastham with back road access to bay beaches. It is close to the Sheraton as well. The enclosed outdoor shower, large screened in sun porch and sunny yard provide a great retreat after a day at the beach. A brand new minisplit is in each bedroom, and one in the main area.

Main Level: Enter into the great room, which contains a nice size living room, dining and kitchen area with a cathedral ceiling, oak floors and decorative fireplace. A ceiling fan is in this room. TV. A screened main door will allow the fresh air flow as well.

To the right a doorway leads to a family room with pegged, wide plank, oak floors and another decorative fireplace and ceiling fan. There is a wooden chest filled with games and puzzles. The shelves are filled with many books for a relaxing read. TV.

The sun room entrance is through the den. Surrounded by large windows, a cathedral ceiling - this is the perfect place to have morning coffee and to have a view of the starry sky at night. A door off this room leads to a wood walkway and large patio with tables and chairs and to the enclosed outdoor shower.

To the left of the great room is a hallway leading to Bedrooms 1 and 2 and both bathrooms. A full bathroom with a tub/shower is available to occupants and guests with another full bathroom (with shower/no tub) is en suite with Bedroom 1. Both bedrooms have Berber style carpet and the baths have linoleum floors. Bedroom 1: A folding bed is also available in the main bedroom closet. TV is also in this room.

The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots, pans and appliances, including a waffle iron, a Kitchen Aid mixer.

Upper Level: Stairs from the front of the living room lead up to Bedroom 3 with Berber style carpeting. There are 2 Twin beds and space for relaxing and playing.

Lower Level: The new washing machine and dryer are on this level.
