Main Level: Open concept living, dining and kitchen space has long views, deck and screened porch with table seating for 6. Full bath with tub and shower. Bedrooms 1 and 2, queen and two twins, are on this level along with a/c split unit.
Ground Level: Bedroom 3, 2 twins, with walkout slider to private patio and outdoor shower.
Allergy note: Tenants not allowed to bring pets, but owner does have a dog.

Been back here a few summers now. Great location within walking distance to a bayside beach that never gets crowded and unparalleled views of the Marsh. Well stocked kitchen that has all your cooking needs. Nice place for family.

This was our second summer in this house, and we just love it. It's a great location with an easy walk to a quiet relatively uncrowded bayside beach. The view of the march and the island is always breathtaking (and if you're up early in the morning you'll catch an amazing sunrise). Moreover, this is a great house for a summer vacation. There's plenty of room, a well-stocked kitchen, and the screen porch makes it easy to hang out with friends and family at night without getting eaten by the bugs!!

We loved the marsh views from the beautiful deck, and the short walk to local bay beaches and nature walks along Indian Neck made this a great rustic getaway for our family.
