It's a great place to store beach and fishing equipment. The home features an open, flowing great room with plenty of seating for easy, casual entertaining and conversation. The adjoining dining room contains a beamed cathedral ceiling, skylights and eight-foot high windows, offering abundant views of surrounding trees, wildlife and distant sunsets.

The kitchen has an L shaped counter for serving and prep work and is well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils. There's a second refrigerator in the basement. Adjacent to the great room is a spacious living room with two seating areas; one with a comfy sectional sofa for TV watching and the other with several chairs and a window seat (a perfect place to curl up with a summer novel), a closet full of games and a mini bar area. From this room you can enter a bedroom that has a day trundle bed (2 twins), a built in desk, and a library filled with a variety of reading genres. Two staircases, one in the great room and the other in the living room lead to three large bedrooms, each with skylights and ceiling fans. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with a bathroom with a jacuzzi and walk in shower. This room has a beamed cathedral ceiling, a window seat, TV and an oversized walk-in closet with a full-length mirror and make-up table. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two full beds, both with seating areas. There is a full bathroom between them. The wrap around deck is accessed through French doors in the dining room. Enjoy an AM coffee or a PM drink while viewing nature. You might spot a humming bird, monarch butterfly or the occasional flock of turkeys wandering through the yard. It's a tranquil spot where, if you focus, you can hear the roar of the waves pounding the beach, and on a dark night, you feel you can reach up and grab a star. On the deck is a 3 burner gas grill and furniture for outdoor lounging and dining. The attached screened in porch has a comfortable, cushioned wicker furniture where everyone can get together. The surrounding yard is flat and meant to be used, ideal for a fun game of whiffle ball or corn hole, or just lounging on a shaded hammock.
