This beautiful, roomy contemporary is just a short distance from Powers Landing Beach, Chequessett Neck Country Club, Great Island, Duck Harbor and the Wellfleet town pier. Recent improvements include brand new air conditioning with sliders and all new outdoor furniture.
Entry Level: There is a large family room with tile flooring that is full of natural light. Bedroom #1 is on this level with a full bath. The washer and dryer are also on this level.
A SPIRAL staircase leads you up to the main level.
Main Level: Walk into an open concept living, dining room and kitchen. The living room and dining room have floor to ceiling windows that extend 2 stories. The floors are hardwood with area rugs. The furnishings are colorful and comfortable. The dining room table seats 10. The kitchen is well equipped for the chef in you. Bedrooms 2&3 are on this level. There is a full bath.
A SPIRAL staircase leads you to the upper level. Upper Level: There is a loft style sitting room that overlooks the living room. Bedrooms 4, 5 & 6 are on this level. The floors are carpeted and there is a full bath with shower (no tub) on this level.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. It is in a great location, right near a lovely beach and very close to town. But one of the best things about it is that it was big enough for our whole family with everyone able to have their own space. We loved the big deck and living room, right off the kitchen, which was well stocked. We will definitely stay here again.
