The kitchen has a huge stainless steel Thermador Fridge/Freezer and a Wolf gas double oven range. In addition, there is a Thermador dishwasher. There are three kitchen sinks: a clean sink, a dish sink and a coffee station sink. The tastefully designed kitchen (renovated four years ago) is well appointed and has been stocked with spices, olive oil, etc for guest cooking. This property is event-friendly and can accommodate local catering options. In addition, a 1/2 bath is located right off the kitchen. Caterers/visitors can use the kitchen bath and need not enter the two main level private bedroom suites. Off the kitchen and dining room is a 14' x 30' Sunroom / Living room. This room has a new wall-mounted Samsung 55" TV. The TV is loaded with cable and is connected to 5G wifi to access Netflix/other apps. The Sunroom / Living room has a comfortable chocolate colored Italian leather sofas. There are several USB charge locations across the residence. Hi-speed 5G wifi is available throughout the residence. Signal boosters have been activated to support an efficient online experience. Off the dining room are two charming bedrooms (the Green and the Blue bedrooms) with a shared renovated bathroom.
